These delighful snacks will make a splash! Great for Little Mermaid, Nemo or fish themed parties.
What you need:
- 1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jello, berry blue flavor
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. cold water
- Ice cubes
- Gummy fish
- Cut strawberries or mixed fruit
- Clear plastic cups
Preparation: Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water. Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups ice and water.Add to gelatin until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. If mixture is still thin, refrigerate until slightly thickened.
Line the bottom of the cups with strawberries or mixed fruit to act as “gravel”. Pour thickened gelatin cups. Suspend gummy fish in gelatin and top off with reminding jello. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
